Dr. John A. Bauwens

I moved to Janesville in 1992 after completing my residency training in general Dentistry. What I soon discovered about working and living in Southern Wisconsin is that not only is it a great place to live, but it is a great place to become a family dentist. And now over time, I am seeing second and third generation patients, which is the greatest reward a family practice dentist can achieve. I love meeting the families and friends of my patients, who are referring their loved ones to receive the same high quality care and treatment that they have enjoyed. I stay current on all the technological advances that dentistry allows, so as to better provide my patients with the best and most painless treatment options available. I love a healthy smile!

My passion has always been gardening and I am proud to have received my Master Gardener Certificate through Janesville's Rotary Gardens International. I also enjoy time with Annette and my family as well as travel, reading, and relaxation outdoors. I also love educating children about oral health, which we do through the month of February to celebrate Children's Dental Health by visiting schools and motivating children to achieve the best oral health possible.
